Our client-turned-friend, May, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), will be chatting with an intimate group as we sip tea, enjoy light sweets, and discuss self-love: What it actually means in practice and how it shows up in our lives. 💙

We'll cover a clear definition of "self-love," explore daily self-care practices as acts of self-love, and foster conversation, connection, and community with others who are on this journey and want to experience it with you.

Here's what to expect:
